Dainelle LaShay

Dainelle LaShay is a Master Cosmetologist Instructor and beauty educator with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her journey began as a professional makeup artist, which laid the foundation for her passion for the beauty industry and the education and training that elevate it.

She specializes in hair loss solutions and hair restoration, advanced color services, and MicroLocs and Sisterlocks™, providing holistic and corrective approaches that support healthy hair and scalp wellness.

Dainelle has served on the Columbus Technical College Cosmotology Advisory Committee, contributing industry insight to help shape future beauty professionals. She has been selected to educate at three of the world’s largest hair shows, including Premiere Orlando, the World Natural Hair Show, and Bronner Bros. International Beauty Show.

As a dedicated mentor and industry leader, she is passionate about guiding beauty professionals toward excellence, confidence, and long-term success. She is a Continuing Education Provider for the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers, allowing licensed professionals to earn continuing education hours through her programs. She also served as an instructor at Columbus Technical College for four years.

Dainelle is the founder, operator, and lead instructor of Colorblast Pro Academy, where she provides advanced beauty education, business training, and professional development. She is also the creator of her own cosmetics and makeup line, further expanding her mission to empower beauty professionals through education, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
